1、请先下载黑莓桌面管理器，并安装在电脑上。
2、请下载8300刷机rom。并安装在电脑上。将C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Vendor.xml重命名为Vendor1.xml.
3、将手机与电脑连接，启动桌面管理器。
4、选中apploader，在接下来的界面里选中你要安装的程序。点击下一步。
5、等带系统重启几次，刷机完成。
